Courtyard by Marriott Wichita Falls

It was very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was great. I actually thought whatever they used to clean the hotel main areas and hall smelled great.

The bed in our room was quite hard/not comfortable. That was the only thing which wasn’t great. Otherwise it was a great hotel and the price was very good.

The fact the heater didn't work and the offer of another room after we unpacked wasn't going to happen. 4:00 AM it made a noise and started working. The guy in the Bestro was more interested in going outside with his friends then serving us. The food stunk. Never again.

Weeks prior to arrival, I asked for a room away from the elevator and they gave me the "last" room (420) right next to the elevator. A weird sound came from the wall on the bed side of the room and I ended up changing rooms.

My company booked 6 rooms for 12 nights each. Normally, Marriott properties allow the person staying in the rooms to use their Bonvoy number to get the points for each room. Even if someone else paid. My company spent over $7000, and they would not let us collect the points even though our names were on the reservation. Our company uses Marriott all the time, and we have never had this problem with a particular hotel giving us our points. I myself have over 100 nights with them this year. I am very dissatisfied with the management at this location.

Very quiet, clean and the staff was professional and very nice.

Hotel and room were very clean. Bed was terrible though.

The glass in front was filthy. It looked like it had been years since it was cleaned. The carpet in the hall on the third floor needs to be replaced. There was a large bump in the middle of the hall. The room was very small. The bottom of the desk near the base needed to be dusted. You could see where it had been partially dusted and not finished. There were kids running and yelling in the halls and elevator. We are in our late 70s and had been traveling since 6 a m. We were looking forward to resting and getting some sleep. That didn’t happen until after 11:30. I called the front desk at 10 and the clerk told me the noise had already been taken care of and she argued with me when I told her I was still hearing it. Will not ever recommend this place.
