Great hotel with budget and very good hospitality and i loved this hotel

I visited this hotel for the 2nd time with family. Staff is excellent and a very polite behaviour. Food is excellent and cheap. Hotel is near to market and beach. Overall full value for every penny spent.

Excellent Food - I mean every type of food, starting from masala fries to fish fingers, chicken 65 & prawn tandoori also. Good hotel - Well maintained; but room walls were not very clean as such. Location - Walkable to the beach - But sometimes dark in the evening and not so great, Excellent staff - very courteous, helpful, making anything available. Worth the money and time spent.

Hotel condition was totally opposite as shown on the website. Awful hotel, poor entrance, poor lobby, no hygiene. We were 3 couples n booked hotel online, and after reaching that hotel, we felt as a 1 star hotel wid no entrance, noone to welcome us. Hotel is very costly and its not worth it. They said hotel is near to beach, beach was around 2 kms , there wer so many hotel at this price wid better condition near to beach

We stayed at this hotel recently on our honeymoon. Best part? This hotel is placed at a comfortable distance from the main attractions of Goa, like beaches (Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Coco etc), Fort Aguada, main market areas and eating joints. Anywhere you wanna go in North Goa, you can reach within 20-30 min. Hotel service is fine too. The accomodation we took (Deluxe Suite) was very spacious and had two rooms with balconies (just to stand) and a big bathroom with bathtub. Both the rooms had TV and AC. Bedroom has a well lit closet space. Hot and cold water is available 24*7. Everything was clean and well arranged when we reached and the staff was courteous and polite. This hotel also provides in-room food service from their in-house restraunt. The biryani was their best preperation. Please avoid the full English Breakfast. Also, the restraunt opens at around 9, so if you are an early breakfast person, keep something handy in fridge like a cold sandwitch or something. You won't get anything from the restraunt before 9. The hotel is also fine from safety point of view. Overall, our experience was nice.

Another great stay at this small friendly hotel, lovely to see SS again and new staff Sharma and co. Rooms well looked after by Babu and his buddies. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and staff.

I would rate this one more as a 2 star than 3.5 as advertised, too much noise at night, tiny rooms and dirty bathroom and doors.
