Calangute Grande

I will never stay in this hotel again, people are extremely unfriendly..

Nice hotel very close to the beach. all the important places are very near to this hotel. the hotel stuff are very helpfull

It wasnt the greatest of hotel but its worth the money. Food was awesome from the hotel restaurent. Staff were really helpful and the response time ws vry gud. I wld prefer to be there again. Only one sugesstion is tat have closed shower room near swimming pool so tat ppl have the flexibilty of taking a shower.

Good hotel overall but lacks a basic amenity in a room of a mirror also service taxes for room service are extremely high as compared to other hotel cordial reception staff good food and convient location dont forget to carry a mirror on your visit

I spent 5 days at Calangute Grande, the hotel is in a great location close to all of Calangute and beaches , the staff is wonderfull and the the hotel restaurant is also very good. Right next door is Café Lazy days it was so good I ate there 3 times. I had the suite rooms were very big a little wear and tear but not bad I would definitely go back

Though the Hotel is a 3 star hotel but the feeling of 3 star is not there. I was there for 3 days and when asked to the staffs for cleaning the room ( Room cleaning time is till 5:30 pm) which was before 5:00 pm the cleaning staff refused to do so. But later on came and did not changed the Bed sheets and all. The room I was in was not having a Wall clock also. Even the bed was not sufficient to accomodate two adults and a kid of 5 year.

First impressions - the hotel is untidy, old and dated. There is lots of work going on, smells of damp in the corridors. As soon as I stepped in, I was thinking, what a mistake & never again!!! The only positive thing was the hotel staff, they were excellent. They made the difference between me checking out the very next day or staying.

The experience was good and the hotel staff was cooperative.

We did book Calangute Grande through Expedia. Upon arrival, My friend and I thought it was kind of small and did not appear to be as good as the reviews as read. However, we quickly changed our perception - the hotel staffs, I mean everybody - were nice and warm in their approach. We really did not have anything to complain about. Would definitely tell and refer friends to this hotel. Plus, Calangute Grande is few meters away from Calangute, Baga and Anjuna beaches. So it is quiet and serene from all the crowds and hubbubs of the shops and thus enjoyed our walks to and from the beaches.
