my overall experience was good except the entry of the hotel it was pleasant stay

You will be surprised when you enter the hotel... there is hardly called any Hotel Lobby - it is just a side of the hotel where the reception is. It is a small hotel with Ok kind of rooms. Located quite close to the Calangute beach (which is a better beach compared to Baga or Anjuna). The rooms were clean, AC works nicely, there is not balcony in the Deluxe rooms (it is only in the executive rooms), bathroom is small but ok (watch our for the towel storage space). The restaurant is ok - but too expensive. Overall a Decent stay at a affordable price.

I had an awesome experience in Goa. the hotel is close to almost every place i wanted to visit. the staff at the hotel is very helpful. they called a nearby bike rental guy when i told them that i needed one. the hotel has all the facilities that i could think of, like wifi, swimming pool, etc. rooms were squeaky clean with fresh clean bedsheets and pillows when i checked in. the bed is very very comfortable, and you will need it to be just that after spending the entire day at the beautiful beaches of north goa. overall, I highly recommend this place.

Worst Hotel n v bad service And very bad staff

The stay (10th to 14th Aug2013), was very comfortable, especially the hotel staffs were very helpful and accomodating. Naushad, Ratul were few of them who were very helpful in managing and acknowledging to guests queries. I would definitely suggest this place to my friends and family. Thanks Calangute Grande & keep up the good Work. Rajdeep.

Pro's: Good Ambience. The room provided was fantastic. Great food at their restaurant(They offer discounts on a daily basis). Services like hiring cab and bikes are easily available at the hotel. Cons: Hot water for shower was not available in the evening. They turn off the geyser in the evening, and its a solar geyser not electric. They did provide warm water in buckets, but that wasnt very helpful. Had to take cold shower in the evening for 2 days in a row. Wanted to use the swimming pool. But it wasnt kept clean. It rained on 2 occasions, and there were leaves in the pool, but during our entire stay not once the pool was cleaned.
