everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly, it is quite clean and tidy, it looks like new. the activities they offer, swimming pool, nature, tennis, football, volleyball, table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf and others are perfect. the right place to rest, we really have no complaints. a large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. highly recommended!!!

The hotel needs improvement. Rooms are old smelling muled, toilet smells muld. Hotel does not serve fresh food. People in Reception have been a big advandage for the hotel as Maria de Lluc and Sadec

Super friendly staff. Bad smell in the Premium room. Aircondition wasn't working properly.

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit schönen Bungalows. Tropischen Palmen und grossem Pool. Essen beim Frühstück war grosse und gute Auswahl und lecker. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war wie abgebildet sehr schön super bequeme Betten. Nur waren ein paar Geräte defekt oder alt. Kühlschrank war kaputt musste ausgewechselt werden. Föhn ging nach 10 Sekunden nicht mehr. Das ist etwas ärgerlich. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, war nicht sehr gründlich geputzt. Es gab auch ein Paar Leute vom Service Personal das etwas genervt und gestresst war als wir was essen wollten in der Snack bar. Das „Gym“ war für mich kein Gym, uralte Maschinen die rosten und nicht funktionierten und nicht richtig befestigt sind. Im grossen und ganzen war es ein guter Aufenthalt mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern könnte. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich einen Gewissen Standard bei Sauberkeit und auch das alle Geräte funktionieren und in gutem Zustand sind. Danke trotzdem für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ruhige Unterkunft für Pärchen oder ältere Menschen.Wenn man was erleben möchte ist es weniger zu empfehlen.Ansonsten super Personal ,alle sehr freundlich.

Airconditioning i rommet var kjempe dårlig og sirkulerte kunn lufta som var i rommet. Man ser at hotellet er eldre da det e veldig slitt og ekkelt. Jeg syns personalet var kjempe hyggelig, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Var mindre fornøyd med buffeet, da det var ganske basic og manglet kreativitet.

Upon arrival we filled in the registration forms, showed our passports and then were told that the hotel had been overbooked and that we needed to stay at another hotel for the first night and then come back tomorrow. Thompson passengers basically had to take priority. After an argument with management and some tears & palpitations (I suffer with bad anxiety around travel & it had taken a year to get me to venture away!) we were shown to our room. Not the best start. THE AIR CON - you will sweat lots in the restaurant and the bar, and the room barely gets cool as you are only permitted aircon on level 1 of 3. The pool bar needs an overhaul. The wooden bar is on it's last legs. Bali Beds - I loved these - good value for €14 a day with a bottle of bubbly & a fruit platter included. We booked one for the whole week. Buffet food isn't too bad. Not overcrowded either. A La Carte night on Tuesday is terrible though. You actually don't get to order from a menu - it is either pork medallion or over fishy tasting salmon fillet and a slice of cold potato...... I didn't really agree when I was welcomed with "Tonights menu is a special night...." What else was good.......? The Jacuzzi - best place to stay cool. I don't want to write a long review - the place could be so much better with a few tweaks. Shout out to Marta (waitress/bar worker). And the cleaners..... the unsung heroes of this place. Ultimately this place is average at best & I wouldn't go back.

Great location by one of best beaches in Mallorca. Amazing F&B staff and very helpful Reception. Beautiful palm tree garden with 3 pools. Great food. Cant ask for more.
