Sleep Inn & Suites Madison - Monona

I love the hotel rooms bed shower and high ceilings in the bedrooms nice clean hallways expect there was no pest control from the mosquitos in the hallway and breakfast was delicious the only down fall was the pools in wasn’t renovated look like people have been swimming in there over a decade and was very dirty and disgusting I couldn’t get in pool floor is rough and needs rebuilt replace !

Price. We are retired and on a budget.

The hotel itself is fine, but we had no WiFi access during our stay. I called the front desk and waited about 5 minutes to speak with someone. She told me it was an internet company issue and that she couldn’t help. I then called the internet company’s helpline, and they told me the hotel could give me the passcode. I called the front desk again, but they said they didn’t have it because the internet company had changed it in the middle of the week.
