"Bad nights sleep!"

When I first walked in I had to wait to be assisted - the check in staff was to busy on her phone and watching movies on her IPAD. Not impressed at all. No real geeeting. The check in was rushed. No real time for questions. The next issue...the tub did not drain. I stood in 4 inches of water. I felt disgusting. The final issue and biggest - we couldnt sleep because of the door slamming the doors dont close gently. They slam. All night long. On eithet side of us that is all we heard. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. I had hip surgery today and i didnt get to sleep.

"SleepIn was adequate for us. Great bed, clean bath, good breakfast."

The bathroom was sparkling clean with great shower. Nice to have coffeemaker in room. The breakfast assortment was very good.

The lady at the front desk was neither friendly or helpful. There were no restaurant suggestions or local maps at front desk. Other guests at hotel were noisy. One of our family had to change rooms. A shuttle service to Madison or UW campus would be nice.
