Crowne Plaza Tianjin Binhai by IHG

Room is clean and big. Bed is comfortable. But the reception have difficulties understanding English.

It’s a very good hotel located in Binhai area. It’s approximately 10 minutes by car fromTianjin airport and 45 minutes by regular way from Tianjin South Railway Station. It’s usually full of foreigners coming for business trips to the numerous factories located in Binhai area. Hotel room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is well-cleaned each day, the bathroom amenities are also very satisfactory. Selection for the breakfast is a combination between foreign and western food with a if enough selection. Good hotel for a business trip to Binhai area. It’s quite far away when you want to travel to Tianjin downtown (if you care). Hotel restaurant is not really special, you can eat in the small Irish pub just behind the hotel (if you don’t mind some cigarette smoke and the smell of food in your clothes - the food itself tastes amazingly well and the quality is very constant) Recommended!

Absolutely excellent Hotel ! Very nice and helpful personel, services, good food, gym, spa and fantastic rooms. Small stores around the corner, walking possibilities to shopping malls etc. Free Wifi at hotel.

Don't be confused by its name with "Binhai". Actually it's located very close to the airport. It's a very clean hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. There is a mall right across the street. And there is a Starbucks right there. (Sorry I didn't try). If you are travelling by air, and try to avoid the traffic. This is the hotel I want to recommend.

The room was fairly clean and well kept. The breakfast spreed was good but the service staff was a bit slow. Overall still a nice stay and will be back when I visit Tianjin again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room view was great, bathroom was beautiful and spacious. It is not far to the airport, although not a close as I was led to believe (approx. 20mins in a taxi), so I don't feel it should be classed as an 'airport hotel.' Although we did not drive directly from the port, I believe it is some distance away. The evening buffet, whilst offered various options, the food was only average. Overall, this hotel is ideal if flying out of Tianjin.

Nice hotel with good rates. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of amenities and restaurants on-site. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Got a free upgrade to the delux room. There is nothing much at the Neighbourhood. The hotel is more for business traveller who wish to stay near the airport

Have stayed here many times as it is convenient for meetings. Good standard of hotel. Checkin slow. Buffet food good and plentiful as was breakfast (buffet also). Less westernised than many hotels for example in Beijing or Shanghai but nothing wrong with that. Rooms warm and comfortable which was a real bonus as it was very cold this time around in Tianjin. Its the only hotel we stay in when here as its so convenient to TEDA and the Airport Free Trade zone, but if you want to be in the centre of Tianjin, go elsewhere as the traffic can be horrific at times.
