Reception reject to check me in because I arrive late at mid night After fighting and inform him that I have paid by booking , then surprisingly he took me to room Food is bad and not good

"It was fine but beach was horrible. Lots of coral and sea anemones. Could only enjoy at high tide, early morning and lat"

Not much, not well maintained and showed its age.

Old and only on the surface did it appear good. Many areas not open for years, for example 2 bars.

"Bellissimo"

La spiaggia molto bella ma con pochi ombrelloni e materassi dei lettini rotti, camera grande ma con doccia mal funzionante e scarico del wc che non funzionava bene.

La struttura è un po’ datata e non curata, il cibo scarso il personale gentile ma molto disorganizzato il più delle volte arrivava da bere quando ormai avevamo finito di cenare.

The hotel is falling apart. Not 5 star at all.

Bugs in the bed. Condensation on the windows. Breakfast was poor as was the dinner we paid to have in the hotel

Spa ist im Sep. 2024 abgebrannt. Ist immer noch eine Ruine und ist abgesperrt Auch die Pool Bar ist im Nov. 2025 abgebrannt. Es wird nichts wieder aufgebaut. Der Name vom Hotel verdient den Zusatz "Spa" schon lange nichr mehr. Zimmer sind renovationsbedürftig. Essen Mittelmässig, Mitarbeiter geben sich aber Mühe. Liegt am Management. Schade... wäre tolle Lage.

Essen war im großen und ganzen gut; Zimmer sauber und komfortabel; das übliche Dilemma mit vielen aufdringlichen Beachboys...

Es könnten mehr Betten im Garten sein, das war immer knapp, ja renoviert wird auch gerade, das es schon einiges zu machen gibt, das stört aber kaum
