The AC was not working the whole time of my staying and once we talked to them they said we are fully booked and we can’t do anything with that!!

Reception were great and helpful! Plenty of hangers and lighting was great in the rooms. Ac worked perfectly and location was great. Bar staff were lovely too. Pool area was nice and chilled.

Room attendants were terrible, one day it wasn't refreshed. They never left enough towels. Rooms weren't soundproofed so you could hear other rooms' conversations. They didn't stock up the toiletries or tea bags or water etc. There was only one pillow each. Getting a taxi on a Friday evening was terrible, so pre book if you need one.

Breakfast brilliant and lot of different choices. Rooms very modern and fancy!
