"Good location, good staff but the rooms need fully renovating."

The location, the staff and the central areas were great.

The balcony door was broken and did not shut properly, there was open wiring where the bed side lamp was meant to be, the main lights flickered and the room itself was generally in pretty bad condition.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly and catered for everything we asked for. Very very clean and I’ve never seen a pool being looked after so well. We were half board and every meal was made to order, not hanging around on a hot plate like an AI buffet style. On the last day the hotel manager came to say goodbye and did all she could to make our last day really comfortable as our flight wasn’t until after midnight. Will definitely stay here again!!!

"Overall was good but was let down massively and will affect my choice to return to the hotel again."

Been staying here for 5 years now, around 4/5 times yearly. The reception staff especially ramon is the perfect staff and makes the experience coming back the best.

Unfortunately money had gone missing from my room, this has never happened before and I was shocked to have seen. Reception was told and left with them.
