"chaos not comfort"

My wife and I have stayed at this location a few times in the past and never had any complaints. the location, property, staff, and everything has always been great. this time was different.

first night was okay, nothing wrong. second night when we came back from out outing, we noticed a leak in the bathroom from the roof. management wanted too move us, which was okay but we had plans for a monster jam event which was a 50 minute drive which we were late for from this whole event waiting for maintenance to come and the front desk to give us updates. and us moving rooms was a nightmare. we "upgraded" supposedly to a king suite, yes it had more room but less beds... and we requested when we checked in less neighbors since we have a toddler that likes to run around. first room we didn't get any complaints, next room we were forced into within 10 minutes we got a noise complaint about him running around.

Breakfast, cleanliness all excellent

We rely on night lights. The two available sites to plug them in happen to be in the little alcove, with wash basin and mirror, leading into the bathroom. Both of the electric socket pairs there were DEAD. One only had ground fault interruption, and it wouldn't allow me to trip it back on. When I presented this problem to the front desk person he extended his apologies and promised to fix it for next time. He appeared to minimize my concern. This whole issue disappointed me.

Braylan at the front desk was amazing! 10/10!!! he was very nice and friendly and helpful with out accommodations. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the staff there that were helpful for whatever you needed! I will definitely be back!
