Rooms are clean and the staff was friendly.

The rooms are outdated. We stayed for two nights. The first night the heater didnt work. Following night it was making loud banging sounds. Unfortunately, wouldn't recommend to stay. So, disappointing.

Very nice hotel! When we arrived they just had a power outage because of high winds, but the front desk staff got us checked in and even had the maid service just use a master key to get us in our room till their system was up and running again. We had a 1BR suite which was very nice and clean and liked the set up of the room. The maid service even went over the items in the kitchen area for us. We were on first floor and just used a side door for entrance/exit which was nice. There were some kids staying in the hotel and the first night was running up the halls and letting the doors slam but by 10:00 pm it stopped or we would’ve said something. Parents should’ve been on that. Again, the staff was great, room clean! The breakfast was ok, with eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and option of egg burritos which was different. More fruit options would’ve been nice. All in all I would stay here again.

Staff was great. Hotel is clean but needs updated and lots of work. Shower was meh. Pool and hot tub was down the 5 days we were there. Need to sell beer and wine in the shop but overpriced items, go next door to get better deals and a bar. Worst "hot breakfast" I've ever had. Food was terrible everyday, cold and tasted funny, fruit was way over ripe, and missing a lot of items.

The staff was nice.

The only reason I booked the room at all was so I could enjoy the hot tub for a couple of hours. There were many other places I could have booked more affordable without one. Upon arrival the pool and hot tub area were closed and not useable. We stayed anyway although our home was only 1/2 hour away. I let them know this. No refunds or incentives were offered.

Wide variety of foods to choose from. Everything was the right temperature.

I had a great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Bel Air! The staff was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to major routes. Breakfast and coffee were of excellent quality, a great way to start the day. One unique perk is access to the Hilton bar and restaurant, though you have to go through the main entrance instead of the Homewood front door, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, during a big snowstorm, the parking lot was impressively cleared, and all the walkways were shoveled promptly, which made getting around stress-free. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and convenient experience. Highly recommend!

While not any fault of Homewood, it was very hard to find a restaurant that had an open kitchen the night of a snow storm. Recommend calling ahead instead of walking or driving to locations that may have closed their kitchen.
