The hotel is nice....The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating.....I was given some prescribed medication by my Dr. I began to feel ill after taking the meds.....I became so ill that I got scared and called an ambulance to take me to the hospital. Upon my return I tried to reserve a room and was told my the front desk clerk & another woman that I cannot stay there because I had caused a commotion....So becoming so ill that I called a ambulance to take me to the hospital is a commotion... I apologize for causing a commotion at your hotel ....by calling a ambulance

This property is so dirty I have so many videos and pictures. I posted on Google of this property. How dirty the rooms is how dirty the walls is housekeepers. Do not clean these rooms up.

"Room to Have Visitors"

We were in town for a family reunion. Having a suite let us invite family over to visit. The pool and hot tub added to the feeling of a vacation. The staff were friendly, helpful and always busy doing their work. Thank you, Homewood Suites, for a very comfortable stay.

The size of the room and that they have suites

The rooms are not clean properly, the elevators are slow, the staff is not friendly, and my sister had bed bugs in her room and the accommodation they made to fix the problem was not acceptable!!!
