The Parkside Hotel & Spa

Hotel property staff are very friendly and always asking guests if they need anything.

The Parkside hotel is and walkable from the downtown to the parliament buildings. From the moment we walked in to check in, the vibe was welcoming, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable and professional. Beautiful pool and fitness area. We were lucky to have one of the deluxe rooms on this trip and it was Definitely deluxe! Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at the parkside! The hotel is very clean, the staff is helpful and friendly. Nice amenities at the hotel! Special shout out to Pre at the front desk. She is so friendly!

This hotel couldn’t do better now much it tried, it’s already perfect ! We arrived late and the night staff gentleman made us feel welcome and give us a thorough introduction to the hotel and facilities. The communal areas including pool superb! The rooms superb! Location superb for all that Victoria has to offer ! Staff superb ! Even the cafe attached was superb ! I can’t say much more than this is a superb experience !

We booked the Parkside to be near to Victoria port. We arrived by ferry (from Vancouver) and will leave from Victoria airport. Once we sorted out where the door to the lobby was (we walked from downtown) it was fine. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room - in tower A - was superb. Private, quiet and well provided for. We had a good shower, a kitchen and fridge and 2 Dyson cold air devices. There is a good breakfast bar - Tre Fantastico. A plus was that the group that owns the hotel is Canadian. We have stayed at four other places on our mini tour and the Parkside was by far the best. Koi in the downstairs pools (in the link between towers) are a nice touch, as were the lilypads in the front gardens. It’s the last stop on our way home and was well worth the wait.

This hotel was beautiful. Our room was a one bedroom suite and it had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the harbour and Government Street. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again 🙂

The hotel is expensive but worth it.

I did not want to leave a great review, only because it could be harder to get in next time. The property is amazing. The Koi pond in the lobby, a great little cafe, underground parking, a roof top sitting area with fire tables you can book to make s'mores. The room was excellent and very nicely appointed. The staff was excellent. We will definitely be back.

The property looked great and was clean and spacious. A bit pricey but the location was convenient. It was nice to sit on the balcony to take in the views.
