Beautiful hotel in downtown, all major attractions are walkable distance, big rooms with all amenities. Very humble and helpful staff. Recommended.

Very clean, modern hotel. It was a pleasure to walk through the lobby every day and see the plants and the koi, and the at work. My family is looking forward to staying here again.

This hotel is fantastic in all the ways. Great amenities and offerings. Suites are large and comfortable. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Loved that I could take a bike and roll along the Dallas waterfront trail. The locations is perfect to get downtown, a 2-minute walk to Beacon Hill Park.

Great spacious rooms

Very friendly staff at check-in. Parking was easy and a reasonable price. Beautiful atrium area off the lobby. Room was quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony. Only thing I would mention is that there is no air conditioning, which surprised me as I hadn’t thought to check for that. They provided fans, and windows and door to balcony could be opened to cool the room with the breeze. So it was comfortable for our stay in September, but might not be as good in the peak of summer.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making our stay enjoyable from the start. Our suite was beautifully appointed—clean and comfortable, with every detail considered. We especially loved the deck, which added a lovely outdoor space to relax. The hotel’s central location was a major plus, allowing easy access to local attractions. We will definitely be returning!
