The Parkside Hotel & Spa

My daughter chose the Parkside as the recommended resort for her wedding guests who mostly traveled from the United States. The Parkside offers apartment style suites, outside balconies with lovely views, spa services, a lovely and relaxing expanded lobby area. It is also centrally located, with easy walking to the city central or to an adjacent, gorgeous park. We stayed for 2 weeks while others stayed several days. We found the staff to be attentive, polite, engaging and responsive. The spa was enjoyed by several of the guests, the pool and hot tub were also great, and everyone appreciated the pleasant atmosphere. It also reasonably accommodated handicap/accessible needs. We very much recommend the Parkside and will likely make it our go-to location for future visits.

Overall great experience. If your room is facing the street, the street noise could be a bit loud in the room even if all windows and doors are closed.

The best home away from home with all the bells and whistles! All the different coffee makers, blender, washer & dryer, fridge, stove, AND dishwasher! TWO fireplaces and a patio. Spoiled!

We stayed at the Parkside for 2 nights, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. The hotel suites are very well laid out and are very well equipped. The front desk staff are amazing, and all of them went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. Location is super convenient to downtown. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property with a spectacular atrium and world-class koi habitat. Service-oriented check-in staff and a really friendly vibe throughout. Huge (25m) pool and full-service spa onsite. Lovely licensed coffee house for light meals and drinks just off the lobby, although no full service restaurant. Rooms were full suites with well-appointed kitchens, so perfect for longer stays!

The Parkside is ideally located in central Victoria, close to shopping, recreation activities, places to eat and parks. This is our third year staying at the Parkside and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The Parkside is one of our favorite hotels to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Sarah checked us in and was so sweet, everytime she saw me she had something nice to say. The room was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was close to everything we had planned to see.

Very nice suite with separate bedroom and very comfy bed. All clean and spacious. Good location, walking distance to restaurants and bard and the harbour area. Has a pool and spa but didn’t use this. Nice roof terrace. Only thing lacking is a restaurant but easy to find one near by.
