Excellent location for walking into Victoria. The hotel is immaculately clean, with very welcoming staff and a good-size room. The balcony is an added bonus, especially with the morning sun.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is ideal for easy downtown access. The hotel room had a balcony access and fully equipped kitchen (we enjoyed using the teapot) including washing machine. The mattress was very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the Koi fish pond in the lobby of the hotel where we stopped numerous times. We plan to use the complimentary bikes during our next stay.

Top of the line accommodation. High quality, beautiful layout of our suite. Wonderful bed, let us check in early and upgraded us to a suite. The pool and hot tub were luxurious. Absolutely a 5 Star experience, we didn’t want to leave!

Excellent walkable location to downtown Victoria. Fabulous rooftop patio to relax and enjoy. Wonderful staff who were very approachable and helpful. Rooms are functional. No air conditioning which is a problem when it’s hot out. Overall I’d stay here again in the Fall.
