The Parkside Hotel & Spa

We recently stayed at Parkside, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. We were greeted by an associate in training who couldn’t have been warmer or more welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view—we loved it. Every staff member we encountered was incredible and truly made our stay special. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location, a suite with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. The cafe was lovely. The Sour Cherry Green Tea Hot Chocolate was wonderful! And so was the wine.

The front-desk staff were amazing, not just at check-in but throughout our whole stay. The location is perfect for walking around downtown. The pool, hot tub and gym were excellent and never too busy, even on the weekend. I have nothing bad to say, would absolutely go back.

Very friendly service, great central location, but also very quiet! Very clean and the suite had everything I needed and more - including TWO fireplaces! What a treat!

The Parkside provided us the best pet-friendly experience ever! We booked the luxury one bedroom suite. It was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. It included excellent pet amenities such as a large pet bed, food and water bowls and a bag of treats. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good. The hotel amenities are excellent, but book ahead if you want to get a spa treatment. I highly recommend the Parkside.

Great location, we could easily park our car and walk everywhere downtown! Comfortable rooms and friendly staff! Great coffee shop and rooftop deck s’mores experience is worth doing.

AMAZING suite. So thoughtfully provided for. Kitchen appliances and cutlery/plates etc were WONDERFUL. Coffee and tea was best I've ever had in a hotel. Also SUPER CLEAN. Pool was the cleanest I've ever experienced in a HOTEL. I will be back!! You are killing it! Love the rooftop fire and marshmello concept! complimentary bikes.. pool felt like a full 25m length pool. How amazing! I can't wait to return again with my family. <3 you're the best!

Amazing Hotel, with an exceptional staff. The entire team from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Spa/ Fitness services was exceptional. The rooms are very spacious, modern and extremely clean. I have stayed here many times in the past and it is my "go to" hotel of choice in Victoria. Excellent location and amenities... but the staff are what really make the experience exceptional.

Great location, great team, super rooms. Cafe is super, the pool is nice. EV parking is available, unfortunately, they charge for this service now. At one time, EV parking was free as was the charging. They started charging to park EVs about a year ago and now they are charging (A PREMIUM RATE) to use the chargers. Way above market rate.
