"Kind staff; very clean and comfortable rooms"

This is a very pleasant hotel with kind, accommodating staff. When I asked for a room higher up, they quickly changed my room. Rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. Parking was easy. I would certainly stay here again when in Columbus.

"Would recommend anyone going to OH to visit Germantown in Columbus."

Everything was great. The room, breakfast and the area in Germantown is worth seeing. The food and shops are fantastic.

"Great stay for our quick visit."

Property was clean, updated, and well maintained.

I was trapped in a parking spot one morning because someone was parked illegally and almost made me late for our event. Someone should check to make sure everyone is parked properly to prevent that from happening to someone else.

"It was just for overnight and we enjoyed the stay"

The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast area is well decorated and the meal provided was good. The breakfast staff smiled and was gracious. The housekeeping staff was still cleaning the room we were assigned. The Housekeeper contacted the Front desk and they immediately had another room for my family. We appreciated the instant response.

Parking sucked. Then temp $100 held for room damages, crazy. The price was a little high for the quality.
