I love this hotel near German Village. It’s very quiet, clean, affordable, and has the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept in my life! Thank you so much for a rare and memorable experience! Breakfast was Yummie & included.

The location was great. 5mins from Lou Berliner.

Bathroom was dirty hair everywhere from the previous stay. Also hair all over the sheets under the comforter. Very disappointing to see the lack of cleanliness especially after all the review hyped the place up.

Convenient to wear I was working.

Had to pay to park my car. I’ve never had to do that at all hotel/motel and I travel quite often. The bed was not very comfortable.

"Scary Security Risk"

The room was nice, the staff was friendly, but I experienced a pretty grave security issue that put a damper on my stay. We checked in a bit after 3pm and the room was not quite ready - not a big deal at all. We waited about 10 minutes, then were given our room. We went in, put our stuff down, hung out for about an hour, then went to our car to go to dinner. I had forgotten my jacket, so went back to my room to get it. As I was leaving again, I heard someone at the desk say "You gave us this room and someone's stuff is in there!" The room number she said was mine, so I stopped and said "that's my room!" They were thankfully 2 honest people who immediately went down to report and I shrugged it off after the person at the desk said my keys were still fine and they were going to get the other 2 women a new room. After I left, I started thinking about how bad that could have been! It could've been someone who wanted to steal our stuff, could've waited in there for us to come back (2 women traveling together), etc. It was such a huge security risk to us. I am not sure how their system works or how 2 different parties can be given the same room, but it really needs to be investigated. Also, had I not been walking out at that exact time, I wouldn't have even known it happened!
