Property veiws( we had marina) were spectacular. Friendly staff. Only downside were the cocktails. Worst Martini I’ve ever had( it came out green) and my wife’s cosmopolitan was way to sweet. If you want a glass of wine or beer then it’s ok, cocktails definitely go somewhere else. Breakfast was fantastic. Room very comfortable

Good location for the museums and Tower of Belém and the Vasco di Gama memorial... minimalist architecture of the hotel overlooking the river and ocean. Good food, great staff, open spaces overall great for that part of town.. negatives, Uber to get into town but it’s worth a stay.

This is an excellent hotel in a beautiful location. It^s a short tram / cab ride into the centre and a welcome oasis from it, so you get the best of both worlds. You still get your monument fix as the hotel is on the riverfront in between Discoveries and Belem tower with restaurants and pop ups in between. It also has a fantastic spa and a Michelin star restaurant (though note closed to 10 Jan). Willl definitely be coming back.

the hotel is at a very good location, which close to lots of attraction sites. Gym and swimming pool could open longer rather than 9am to 9pm.

great hotel for design & service. The room had a wonderful water view, although the room type booked was a little small for 2 people. Exceptional buffet breakfast, and the spa/pool area is fantastic. The hotel is very rigid on check-in time of 3:00; but there was 1 front desk agent who was the exception and did try to find an alternative (appreciated after over night flight).

Super hotel next to the river with stunning views. Staff were exceptionally professional and were kind to us and delightful with our six year old son. A lovely pool in the spa and great terrace overlooking the marina for breakfast. We had a great time.
