pretty great overall

Outstanding location, amenities, and very polite, efficient, attentive and friendly staff. Great Spa. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Enjoyed the view from the water. Very 'modern' but didn't like the lighting in the room, the black bathroom, or the dark hallways. Staff was very nice but felt understaffed particularly at the rooftop pool and bar. Room was large, bed and pillows ultra comfortable. Food menu at the bar was limited. Breakfast was fine. Location a fair amount of walking to get to public transport.

Expected more but rooms are looking tired and not as clean as I would expect. Had to change rooms which helped and was dealt with easily Tried to use spa area but one of the Pools was full of flies which was concerning given its Inside Breakfast and staff were great As was the outside pool area

The property is an ideal location as its not too far from the city but a pretty sight with the harbour. The room service was not efficient as they would forget to put towels etc but the staff were very helpful and polite. I would say its a bit pricey for the hotel in itself as I’ve stayed in hotels that were cheaper for five stars but had much more amenities and effiecient service. The staff at breakfast were exceptional and really gave us the best service every morning.

The location is excellent: on the waterfront with beautiful views, and within short walking distance to a large number of tourist attractions. The design of the hotel is very modern and elegant. There's a Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel, as well as a more casual, but very nice bar. The staff was very professional and friendly.

The staff were very friendly, warm, and helpful. They worked hard to make sure our experience was wonderful, and it was. Staying on the tributary to the ocean was beautiful. It was fun to watch the boats go by. And it was very easy to walk to the local historical sites. Excellent bed and pillows.

Very nice and quiet place and very good location close to the city center. The Spa is included and very relaxing. The breakfast is perfect with everything! The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. We will come back.
