Good overall 4star hotel. Good pool and ocean area. Breakfast was over the top. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room had a weird layout with bathroom in the hall and two glass doors were supposed to sheild any sound you made on the toilet. Hint, it did not, it even echoed. Not nice if you are going on vacation with someone

Frühstücksbuffet war super. Die Hotelanlage war gepflegt.

Nach mir hat die Klimanlage nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Rasenmäher um 08:00 Uhr war etwas früh. Der Tisch an der Poolbar war sehr schmutzig.

Pool area of the hotel is very nice. I decided to book this hotel when I saw the palm trees around the pool. You can also swim in the sea so its another plus. I didn't rent a car and it was very convenient that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. 30 mins or so to the city center or 35/40 mins to the intermodal station where you can take a bus to any part of the island.

The room wasn't properly cleaned when I got in. At first I didn't mind but then I saw a nail clipping on the floor and lots of hair in all corners. I notified the front desk and asked for a better cleaning in the morning. Next day the room was supposedly cleaned but the nail piece was still there and the bed wasn't even properly made. I talked to the front desk again. They told me they took notes and they will resend the room service but when I came back in the evening, nothing was changed and no one came in. I fed up and wrote a note, put it on the floor next to the nail and that's when they finally picked it up. So the front desk was basically not helpful at all and they didn't even try to make it up somehow.

Gar nichts Unverschämt kleine Zimmer Der Preis pro Nacht von 460 Euro ist eine absolute Frechheit! Das Waschbecken wie im Camper im Flur!!!
