The location is very good

It had a bed and a functioning shower, that’s about it. There were dead bugs in the windowsills, live bugs in the bathroom, and the double bed mattress was actually a couple pieces of mattress held together in a frame. Very uncomfortable to sleep on when a third of the mattress is a separate section.

I have never seen staff at reception so unfriendly. I had called in the morning to see if an early check-in was possible and was told that it was. When we arrived at the residences, the three staff members at reception were not interested in dealing with us until 4pm, even though they were not busy. It appeared to be the same for several others people waiting in the lobby with their suitcases.

There was cockroach and used condemn in our room. Hair everywhere. Very dirty. No cooking pots, spatulas or essential cooking ware like listed. Only perks is its a convenient location. But nor worth the price....

A lot of flies in the room.

Good for what it is — affordable, barebones lodging in the center of the city. Overnight parking was cheap and secure. We got one of the studio rooms and had no trouble with noise. It was warm without AC, but they provided a desk fan that we propped in the window to circulate the air from outside when it cooled off overnight. Would recommend if you are okay with minimal luxury and prioritize cost and accessibility.

It was ok

location is good, room/washroom/shower is clean. but there is no AC. this place just offer a bed to sleep, nothing else.

It was so dirty. No garbage can inside the room, ants everywhere, random stains on the walls and ceiling and hair throughout the entire room, including the shower. The floor was so dirty we refused to walk without shoes on inside the room. Not to mention it was very hot with no A/C.

It is in a convenient location
