Very bad customer service. Waited for almost 3 hours for check-in.

It is worst experience I have ever before

It took me an hour to get in basement parking, no body was there to open the gate. Front desk reception was rude and busy talking to each other and let as wait so they could finish their talking about 10 minutes. Room was very dirty dust and hair was everywhere. No garbage inside the unit. Bed and pillow was very dirty and smelly. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The check in staff is poorly trained. The guys at the reception don’t know the basics of customer service. They are too slow in there work and are struggling with basics of payment.

Honestly, it gets hot! The fan provided is kind of weak! Front desk people aren't that helpful. But its definitely a good value. Generally more private than you would think!

It was clean and quiet

You're in a single dorm among 8 others and there's 2 stalls on each side for the toilet sink and shower sink. Keep in mind, they are tiny, you do not have much room to shower or use the sink. The floors are dirty so bring your own slippers if you plan to shower and walk around the dorm. The front desk speaks both English and French which was helpful. No A/C so the ceiling fan and window are your only hopes. Bring a personal fan or be prepared for humid days. Would recommend if you're just looking to survive on a tight budget as the conditions are the bare minimum.

Quite bad, not cleanned at all. Take your bed sheets pillow and comforter with you. No air conditioning. Fans are almost dead. Garbage in the room. VERY BAD beds. Even Dharmshala are far better

For the price, this was a practical place to stay. In the summer, the lack of air conditioning is rough on warm days (below normal temperature when I was there, but still hot). They provided a fan that helped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff indicated the parking garage had a different operator and they couldn't tell me how to get back into the garage aside from how I entered. I ended up slipping in as a car left and propped an emergency door open to bring my stuff in. The elevator door was locked, so I couldn't access it - I'm fortunate to be healthy. If you are looking for an inexpensive, convenient and low budget option, I would recommend it, but avoid the parking garage.
