Too expensive for what it is. Toilet wasn’t working properly. Room was quite dusty

Partially open bathroom apparently means shared between three rooms. Very hard mattress. No A/C, but window opens & there’s a ceiling fan.

Its a dorm. No apparent entrance. Half of the doors are locked. After 9pm, had to wait for a FD person. Shared bathroom is not for everyone. Smell coming desk. Fan too slow, window must be ajar, fireworks outside. Housekeeping opened my door at 9am when checkout was at 11am.

There was no lock for the room so when we go outside we couldn’t lock the room keeping everything inside. That is worrying if someone intrude.

We visited a certain establishment and found it to be different from our expectations. As a result, we decided not to prolong our stay. We kindly requested a refund, but unfortunately, our request was not granted. It seemed that the receptionist was unable to assist us.

It was a wonderful experience for me. I like it!

Great value for the money, incredible location in the middle of everything, only a few blocks to the Quartier des spectacles, St-Laurent ("the Main") and walking distance to Old Montreal. Rooms are basic but adequate. However, check-in took over 30 minutes as several other guests in line had issues with their reservations. The rooms smelled slightly of urine and was not thoroughly cleaned (Food stains on the walls and near the stove). No air-conditioning, but that is fine for most of the year. I would stay there again anyway due to the location and the price.

It’s kind of like quite expensive compare to it’s room size and service Even if you want to check in little early as half an hour you have to pay extra 30$ they were so direct about it.

We got a studio- check in was 5 hours late, the room was gross and not clean at all. The location was superb. Will not be staying again.

The room was not ready. There were bugs in the room and vomit on the floor when we arrived.
