It was clean but the room was very small and lack of AC

The room was very hot. No air conditioning available. The windows only open a few inches to let fresh air in. Not enough to get ventilation. Very uncomfortable stay

no AC in july is kind of unexpected, bathroom shared with 5 rooms too. But cheaper then most places so it's okay.

Location

This property was great. The staff were friendly and the lodging was OK for a single night's stay. I would stay here again if I had a long layover in Montreal.

No ac and apartments was shared with someone else and didn’t informed about that beforehand.

INCONVÉNIENTS - Mauvaise communication, on n'a pas répondu à mes questions par courriel - Très forte odeur d'humidité dans l'immeuble - AUCUNE climatisation ni circulation d'air dans la chambre, seulement un petit ventilateur de bureau - La fenêtre ouvrait à peine 10 cm - Pas de poubelle dans la chambre, ni dans les salles de bain, ni dans la CUISINE - La chambre était en mauvais état, les murs et le plancher étaient sales et défraîchis - La douche était très sale et minuscule AVANTAGES - Très bien situé, en plein centre-ville - Stationnements (payants) à proximité - La litterie était propre - Tranquille, pas beaucoup de bruit - Abordable Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit car il faisait effroyablement chaud dans la chambre, même s'il faisait une température normale dehors (20 degrés). Nous sommes partis dès le lever du soleil.

The Price is way higher and the property doesnt deserve that. it is a hostel. I took a studio which is very very small. No AC, No Wifi, waste of money don't stay here. i paid 180$ for a studio for one night. which is a lot worst than a motel room.
