Room is not especially clean and lack of AC is killer in summer. Rooms are fine though, and fair for the price. Pay attention to how many rooms you're sharing a bathroom with.

Too hot

It’s good for the price you pay! Cheapest place to stay during Osheaga weekend. Check in and check out is easy and staff is friendly and helpful. There is no AC and it’s incredibly hot so I recommend bringing your own fan if possible. We had a private room but shared kitchen and bathroom with a few other travelers. Parking was $24 total for two nights in a garage attached to the residence. This is my third time staying at the UQAM residence and it always suits my needs. If you are looking for a more luxurious stay this may not be the place for you but great for budget travelers.

Don't name it hotel. No AC. You will die of suffocating in hot weather. You are lucky if you see this review. Doesn't worth any money for this place. I envy you to see this review if I saw this message from someone I wouldn't spend 155 dollars for sleeping this NO AC sauna place. I couldn't sleep well. They should prepare for fan or other stuff to cool down the temperature in the room. You lucky guy don't book this place please. Rather spend more money to get a AC accomodation.

Not really clean, it’s soooo hot in the room. I felt uncomfortable. I do not recommend for a stay longer than 24hrs

Check in was horrible. The guy at the front desk had no information about how to enter the parking garage.
