This was absolutely awful, and would have been unacceptable at half what we paid. I think free would still be too much. This is a milking operation by a university raising funds from student dorms outside of term. Staff are not hospitality trained. And it shows. The room was dirty. There was a hole in the wall from which roaches came out. We were there on a hot weekend... no AC. With ceiling and additionnal fan at max, and window as opened as possible (which is not much, and hello noise) the room was unbearably hot. Exhaust fan cover in the bathroom missing, reveailing thick dust. Oh and the shower head was stripped and would not screw on the pipe but had just been wedged in. I learned this as I showered and the shower head was blown off onto my chest. Don't expect it to be fixed... on checkout, I mentioned it to the guy who mhh-hmmed in response and just pocketed the key without reading the room number in his hurry to go back to table tennis. I wish I was making this up. Our stay was a dark comedy which, unlike the room, would be worth the price.

As this was a student dorm I was not expecting much, but this dorm was awful. There are 3 rooms sharing a co-space and the rooms are TINY. There is no AC so the room got very hot and you can only open the window a crack. The bed was hard, and with the heat, sleep was tough. I only managed 4 hours a night. The washroom is a joke, as seen in the pictures, how can this tiny washroom and stall accommodate 3 rooms?! Ludicrous. I would avoid this place if possible, if you choose to book, bring fans and a mattress to make your stay bearable. I would not recommend this place for more than a 1-2 day stay

Found it a little misleading the way its advertised, was under the impression I would have my own bathroom. I know it says no AC but it was boiling hot in the room, the ceiling fan didn't work. Wifi should be included as well with the price you pay for this. Sharing 2 bathrooms with 8 dorms is not ideal. Staff was not there any time I would go to see them. Even when I checked out no one was there. Its overpriced for what the room is honestly. The great thing about this place is the location and the parking, easy to find and only $12 for a full 24 hrs. Would not stay here again, would only recommend if you are on a tight budget and willing to attempt to sleep beside noisy neighbours slamming their doors.

There is no air conditioning . Have to adjust with a small table fan . Toilets were too small to just fit a person. Waste of money
