Great time and the hotel rooms were very nice and clean. Concierge and front desk are certainly on island time and don’t have the American customer service attitude you might be used to here, but all the other staff are awesome!

I came here for my 40th birthday. Drinks and food were extremely expensive and staff was friendly I guess but I'd have to follow up with pretty much everything I ordered. Also by biggest issue was that there was rarely any hot water. I was only to get a hot shower early in the morning if I go up around 7 am and that was possible because the rooster outside of my unit started screaming every morning at 2am and didn't stop until 7am. It was impossible to sleep. After bringing it up to the front desk I only got a " oh ok"... I decided to cut my trip short due to lack of sleep and checked out a day early on my birthday. Front desk lady once again just said OK and that was it. It wasn't a good experience at all.

the hotel is very nice. One really bad experience- an employee had to have copied my credit card number- a fraudulent charge was made and reversed by the CC company. I only used that card once at check in thus that was the only place it could have been copied. Otherwise place is great.

If I complain i would be wrong!!! The hospitality blew me away. Customer service at Valentines Harbour Island is the bomb!!! Every single person we came into contact with on the property were so warm and the sweetest personalities I've ever encountered at any hotel. I thought that the police would've had to come get me because didn't want to leave LOL... 5 STARS!!!
