Valentines Resort & Marina

we stayed in a two-bedroom apt that was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. I've been going to Harbour Island for almost 40 years and for me the best part about Valentine's (not including the marina) is the fact that they have clean water. No odor, not hard - but clean, potable water.

Love the location, room had everything we needed but the staff seemed absent to help with luggage up flights of stairs, towels for the pool or just cleaning the room. The pool was magical and the views were too! The food was so so the drinks were fantastic!

So good and nice people! I’d like to recommend to my friends!

Our trip was amazing! We enjoyed the island experience very much. Looking forward to a return trip.

We stayed for 4 nights from July 20-24. The staff was wonderful, especially Jada! There were a few things that bothered me about our stay. The pool is small, which we expected. No big deal since the beaches are beautiful. However, you actually have to go to the front desk in the main office to check out towels for the pools. Seriously? We came from Atlantis where they have signs posted indicating "you are on vacation-don't worry about returning your towels". If I am paying $700 a night, I don't want to have to walk to separate building to check out and return towels. Same policy with the room keys. I was charged a deposit for the room keys which was suppose to be refunded if and when I returned the keys. I returned our four keys, but the charge was never reversed. I don't think even the cheap, budget motels keep track of room keys like Valentine's does. One day all four of our room keys stopped working. Again, we had to trek back and forth to the office to get new room keys. To top things off, our unit was overrun with ants. Ants in the bathroom, ants on our nightstand, ants in the kitchen. I brought it up twice-once with the front desk and once with housekeeping but nothing was ever done. Unfortunately, our youngest insisted on sleeping in bed with us after finding ants in his bed, so we really didn't need a 2 bedroom unit after all. This property's only saving grace is its wonderful staff. They were so welcoming and friendly. We loved Harbour Island, however we won't return

rooms super clean super nice, pool is great check in was easy but check out was even easier.

The air did not work well and when they fixed it you were limited to a thermostat that was set to 74

Top notch facility; price for food and other options are very expensive compared to US. Quality of room and amenities is outstanding.
