Location

Rude receptionist ( manager) when we asked why our booking for the spa wasn't made. Safe was broken and made a beeping noise. Light in bathroom worked one day then not the next. It's a Shane, as this place could be much better.

Staff were friendly and helpful and room size is decent

The whole place has a run down feel. What once was nice is now tired and needing maintenance. Bathroom shower grout looks black in many places, room needs a repaint and sections of garden are just let go, not mown or weeded.

Close to beach. Fixed any problems we had quickly

The rooms are not well maintained. Unfinished bits in the rooms, general lack of care to detail in room fixtures. Staff friendly makes up for a lot.

The location

It was the filthiest shower I’ve ever come across. No doors on cabinet. Dangerous pipes coming up from cement. Trip hazard.
