We recieved an upgrade as we didn't like the original room we had.

The owner and Asian man who was rude to his staff and us when we were being checked inn 😤 the whole hotel needs an upgrade.

Wonderful greeting upon arrival and throughout my short stay. Upgraded thanks to Booking.com and my points. The room was luxurious, clean,and quiet. The bed was medium soft and the room spacious.

"Very disappointing. Would not recommend it."

Location near the lake. The bed was comfortable.

Run down and a bit shabby, we had to ask for towels there weren’t any in the room. The towels we got were thread bare and with holes in them. Next morning we find there’s no hot water so we couldn’t have a shower. They didn’t even offer an apology.

"Ansprechende Unterkunft, leider sehr unterbesetzt"

Die Lage ist toll, direkt am See. Abends konnte man schön draußen Sitzen. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Leider gab es insgesamt zu wenig Personal. Im zugehörigen Restaurant und in der Bar haben wir lange Warten müssen. Das Essen kam, samt Vorspeise, erst nach über 60 Minuten. Über Nacht funktionierte das Warmwasser nicht, dafür gab es letztlich eine Entschädigung.
