Next to the lake

No TP, kitchen closed, had to go to McDonalds for breakfast, cold, no extra blankets.

"Really unorganised not enough staff all the stuff that they offer was not available very poor."

We liked the lake front location it was clean enough the staff were friendly enough although there was no one to do the massage and no one that could make a coffee has a lot of potential.

The bar had no change and no remote so couldn't watch the rugby (very cool area though) the sauna and steam room were not going, at breakfast in the restaurant we couldn't get a coffee because the staff member hadn't turned up, at the self-serve there was no coffee cups and no teaspoons, we asked for the vege stack on the menu but they had no mushrooms I got the big breakfast and asked for a poached egg it was fried. We went out for the day and left the green please make up room sign on our door when we got back at 4.30 it hadn't been done, we had to go and ask for towels and toilet paper. We got up the next and went to book a massage and were told they may not have anyone doing that today but leave your number and they will ring and let me know, no call was received when we got back we were told not working today. I think calling it a spa resort is misleading more like a back packers.

The beautiful view and the bed.

The elevator not working so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs and it was heavy. Lucky we still semi young but if it was an elderly person I would feel for them.
