I liked the location, our room and the restaurant.

The spa pool area really needs some work. The area needs cleaning. I remember this property having a large heated pool which was a huge feature.

"A very comfortable stay in a peaceful lakefront location."

Very comfy bed. Nice and quiet location with lovely lakefront walks right outside. Free use of spa pool. Delicious breakfast. Solid furniture. Nice strong shower. It's a good location outside of the busiest part of town but a quick drive when you want to go there and the redwoods on the way.

La qualite de la chambre et les services de SPA

En fonction des hôtes d accueil c était du très chaleureux au très froid selon la personne. Dommage car les qualités d accueil de la NZ sont réputées.
