We're so happy we found this hotel as I booked an airbnb and the room was not up to my expectations. Though it is quite an uphill which was not an issue to us, it is close to so many places, restaurants, convenient stores and subway stations. They have a lift, you just have to endure the stairs in front of the hotel but just a few steps don't worry. I booked the lowest category of room but is really clean and spacious with a bath tub which is quite rare in Seoul. I don't have problems even if I open all my luggage in the room. Even the toilet is spacious too! They provide toilet amenities, water and coffee. The front desk guy speaks English too. I would love to come back and stay here again!

No room cleaning was done to the room during the stay, which was 3+ days. Staff was nice.

It is always clean, excellent customer service and delicious breakfast. The location is perfect near to train station.

Like the daily prompt housekeeping with all basic needs given. Very helpful staffs and the 24 hours counter staff make the stay feel very safe. Great location do not like breadfast timing is slightly too late as start only at 7:30 and end too early at 10 am sharp
