"Good room but not worth the price."

The location was good and the room was great size. Having the separate shower and bath was great.

The Wifi was horrible. It rarely worked. I had to get an e-sim card because the Wifi was so bad. The pool was shut down for renovations and I didn’t know. I blame booking.com for this because booking.com was informed. There was a message about this in the confirmation but it was hidden in the small print. We booked the room because of the pool and pool bar in the pics but the pool was completely shut down. Booking.com should block the pics of the pool or have a more obvious note that the pool is shut down. The price of food and drinks at the resort were ridiculously expensive for the quality. I probably wouldn’t book this resort again.

"Overall , poor communication, undisclosed renovations, and inadequate service made for a very disappointing experience."

The surrounding area was very pretty.

Our stay was disappointing for several reasons. Despite requesting and confirming separate beds through Booking.com before arrival, we were given a room with one bed. The hotel acknowledged the mistake but only offered a so-called “upgrade” that was smaller, on a lower floor, and overlooked a wall and HVAC equipment. We were also never informed that major renovations were underway. Most notably, the pool was closed—a significant issue for an island resort—and this was not disclosed before our stay. Service was inconsistent throughout. Reception staff were rude when we requested beach towels. Housekeeping failed to clean our room one day, and after we requested service, we were left with only one towel. Despite calling reception and waiting for a replacement, it never arrived.
