We enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The room was excellent and we loved the pool and gardens. All the staff were fabulous and the restaurant staff were particularly helpful providing gluten free bread and having gluten free options for my husband. We would love to go back.

Nice modern resort hotel with decent sized rooms, with good shower and toiletries. Really good position: close to the walking street, and the beaches. Breakfast was ok, and staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area is quite small though, and although sunbeds are comfy they are quite closely crowded. Odd that the pool area was not larger given the bbq space right next to it which was completely unused. Music round the pool was way too loud towards the end of the afternoon, changing the atmosphere from relaxing to party like. If we went back to Railay beach we would stay there again but there are little touches which could improve it

Nice pool, but sunbeds very closely crowded together. Music round the pool much too loud for our liking during happy hour

The location was handy

It wasnt the most friendly place : no help with luggage : charged for a new towel because we got red wine on it: they had a list for costs like this : i suspect its just a way of getting a few dollars etc: breakfast was ok but not really great: we are now in the adam which is much much better
