Wunderschönes Hotel mit super netten Mitarbeitern. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker.

Der Pool muss dringend überarbeitet werden, steht aber für Juni/ Juli 2026 an. Die Preise an der Poolbar sowie im Restaurant sind sehr hoch und das Essen schmeckt nicht besonders gut.

This resort is stunning, the grounds are immaculate and so beautiful. the staff are so kind and friendly, always greeting you and asking how you are. The beds were very comfortable, great pillows and good curtains to block out the light. The room was very spacious. The pool areas and availability of sun loungers was really good too. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The AC was also fantastic. I was surprised that the reviews were not good for the buffet breakfast, we had breakfast included for our entire stay and really loved the breakfast options, there was such a wide variety of options and fresh breads, fruits, Thai and western foods with bacon and all types of eggs available, including poached, scrambled, boiled, fried and omelettes. And the fresh juiced and fruit were amazing. It was one of the best buffet breakfasts we have had while in Railay. We loved our stay at this property and could not fault a single thing. We can’t wait to return, thank you for having us. 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Railay is a wonderful area of Krabi though it's surrounded by limestone cliffs and one must take a boat to get to it. From Krabi airport we took a Grab to Ao Nam Mao pier, then waited for a long tail boat to have enough passengers to go to Railay East pier (100 baht/person). It's a short 10-15 minute ride. On Railay itself, the hotel has a great location very close to Railay East floating pier which meant we did not have to haul our luggage too far from the pier. We arrived early, they served welcome drinks and gave icy cold towels which was really refreshing. They stored our luggage for us and later on they came to find us at lunch to tell us that we could check in a bit earlier. Then they gave us a room tour which was very nice. We had a late flight as well, and they again stored our luggage after check out and let us stay in the air conditioned waiting area. The room was very clean and comfortable though there is some wear and tear more visible in the bathroom. The beds as well as the daybed and balcony bed were comfortable. We could see monkeys in the area, though they were never on our balcony. There was a beach bag and towels, as well a hanging rack for wet suits. Our building was further back and a bit quieter, though we could hear some music at night. The pool is lovely, though often crowded, so it's best to go early in the day or late night.

The property is beachfront which is true, though it is mostly covered by mangroves and you cannot walk out right onto it. The beach itself is very narrow and rocky, the water on Railay east is a lot murkier for some reason. For swimming everybody goes to Railay West or Phra Nang which are easy walks of 10-15 minutes down the walking street that has lots of food, or down a path by the cliffs. (these can be seen in Google maps and there are also maps posted in the area). My friend says the service level at Bhu Nga Thani doesn’t match the number of stars it has. There should be fresh ice delivered to room for free since there are no machines close by. A 50 baht delivery fee is an embarrassment to a hospitality brand. Also, the staff could not confirm if we would get twin beds until we arrived. We had the option to select either kind or twin beds when booking, I had assumed this meant it would be available but was told I had to wait. Other things: When we were not able to sit by a fan in the restaurant, I got bitten by mosquitos at dinner and breakfast (there is some natural repellent on the table at dinner). The window in the toilet room has leaks where mosquitoes can get in. There was some sewage smell in the shower.
