Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for pier transfers and lovely big rooms

The poor area could sometimes feel overcrowded and not always enough staff to support how many people were wanting drinks at the pool bar. Small pool/ lounger area for amount of people staying

В целом этот отель остается лучшим вариантом в этой локации: номера еще достаточно свежие, большие; территория маленькая, но ухоженная; хороший завтрак, нормальный вай-фай. Цена средняя. Останавливаемся уже 4-й раз, по прежнему это остается в лучшем сочетании "цена-качества" здесь.

Уборка никакая :( За 9 дней ни разу не сменили постельное белье ни в одном из наших номеров (а мы жили сразу в трех). Толком ничего не прибирают, только кровать заправляют, полотенца меняют, мусорки выносят да мини-бар считают. Маловато лежаков у бассеина, временами вообще ни одного свободного нет :(

Bhu Nga Thani Let me start by saying, we enjoyed our time Bhu Nga Thani & looking forward to staying there again on our next visit to Railay. That said, there were a few minor things we thought were a bit dissapointing which dampened the 5* experience. Definitely 5* feel & ambiance however the fittings in our 1st room needed some attention. We stayed in the deluxe room (nature view) for one night and some of the light switches did not appear to be working properly (bed side lamp would not turn off, had to unplug). Also the closet door facing the bathtub which was also facing the bed, via a glass window, would not close properly which meant the closet light kept shining in the night - had to use the beach towels to keep the door closed which kept the lights switched off. The gym was a squash and a squeeze for two people using weights. A cable machine in the corner would have been a great option when the dumbells are in use. Instead there is a very old/worn chest press equipment which is barely useable (if at all). And lastly but certainly not least, the sockets were not UK-friendly and the hotel did not have any adapters available. When I asked, I was told there were no more available for the day and I should check back after breakfast the next day. On checking back the next day I was told they were still in-use as if there were only one or two adapters available. I found this quite shocking since something so cheap which can significantly affect customer experience/frustration was not available. We have stayed at many budget hotels in Thailand last year and this year for £30-£40/night and they all had adapters available. This is also a one-time cheap cost for the hotel as guests normally have to sign out these adapters and get charged if lost. Adapters were not easily available on the peninsular either. I found this extremely frustrating given the cost of the rooms. We also stayed in one of the pool villas which we thought was good value given the experience. Thankfully the light fittings worked much better. Apart from the in-room jacuzzi being a bit discoloured, everything else was really good. The private pool was clean, a game changer for cooling down on very hot days. The staff were super friendly and, while not on the beach, we found the location of the hotel was extremely convenient, central to various spots on Railay & right next to the pier for boats arriving from Nam Mao Pier.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Beds were amazing- enormous and super comfortable. The huge bath was luxurious. The breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard. The pool was clean and large.

The rooms were comfortable and luxurious and the breakfast was excellent. Good variety and very tasty. The location is also fantastic, just 50m from the pier and close to Railley West access route. Customer service was also fantastic, all friendly and helpful. On the few occasions we required something like new pool towels, they arrived in minutes.

A pool and gym were the only facilities, but this didn't concern us as we were often out exploring.

We stayed in the private pool villas which was fantastic. Breakfast was great and sparkling wine was a nice touch. Location is great and grounds are well kept.
