Локація, персонал, сніданки, басейн були хорошими.

Стан номеру був не дуже. Поцвівший силікон біля умивальника, відпечаток жирної голови всіх попередніх мешканців на спинці ліжка, рваний рушник для душу, облізла плівка на дверцях від душу і т.д.... Давно не займалися дрібним ремонтом номера і це видно.

Good localisation. Overall beautiful resort.

We have unfortunately at multiple Times seen cockroaches inside the room. Thus this would not justify the rating, we believe some improvements could be done to the cleanliness of the room. Most hateful thing is the desk staff, accusing us of stealing money for not paying drinks at the pool bar. So just so you are ready staff at the pool bar take ages : almost 1 hour of waiting for a drink, so we deposited the money on the bar this whole time. Now we learn that they took the 500b note but didnt linked it to our order, even if i told the barman that this bill was to pay for our drinks when he took it. They Even lied saying that they looked at CCTV caméras and no évidence showed that we pay, despire us having effectively paid. Show some respect to your client, this behaviour and harassment is one of the Worst experience I’ve encountered in Thaïland. Go somewhere else you will save some money.

Really lovely room in a beautiful setting, yummy brekkie, good gym and nice pool where you can often see monkeys whilst you swim!

The pool area would get pretty crowded, not always a bed etc if you try and go later on in the day

Beautiful property, excellent location, lovely staff, our room was gorgeous.

Gym wasn’t the best, a few machines, but it was good enough for a short stay
