Relais Paradiso

Everything about this hotel was simply delightful. Conny at the front desk went above and beyond by personally writing down directions to help me navigate the transportation system and even checked in later to make sure I found my way safely. That level of care and personal service is rare and truly appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, warm, and attentive. The food was delicious, the room was spotless and comfortable, and when they learned I had a 5 AM flight, they thoughtfully packed me a breakfast to take with me. The hospitality here was exceptional from beginning to end. On top of all of that, the views were absolutely breathtaking.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to say about this hotel. My experience was wonderful from start to finish.

Absolutamente nada. Llegamos y era muy sucio por fuera, me asusté porque yo había reservado un hotel 5 estrellas me dije no puede ser, cuando entro era mucho peor, todo viejo sucio desgastado, me lamenté de inmediato y pedí que me cancelaran la reservación y me reembolsaran pues las fotos de booking eran un total engaño. Ni Booking.com ni el alojamiento me han resuelto el problema, aún estoy esperando

No se lo recomiendo a nadie, es un total engaño, las fotos que muestran no corresponden a la realidad. Cualquier hotel de 2 estrellas es mejor.
