We booked this property last minute and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the property was beautiful. It was one of the best views I have ever seen. I can’t wait to go back.

Diciamo che la posizione non è delle migliori . Quella strada appena si esce dal cancello del hotel non è sicura . Avendo due cagnolini al seguito , ed essendo un hotel che accetta gli animali , ci si aspetta almeno Un angolino dove farli passeggiare e fare i bisogni . Cosa che ho trovato in altri hotel lì in costiera amalfitana . Peccato perché l hotel merita . Ma per chi ha il cagnolino Al seguito è bene che lo sappia . Per il resto merita davvero

We loved staying with you. ALL your staff were delightful and very helpful and kind, without exception. The staff make this place a very nice place to stay.

The food was poor considering the exceptional produce available in Italy. The cold meats and cheese at breakfast were poor quality and lacked flavour. We ate dinner twice in the hotel after long days sight seeing. The selection again was limited with no specials . We had sea bass it was cooked very poorly, no seasoning over cooked and tiny! Not cooked by someone who knew what they were doing! Very poor and let's the Hotel down. Also the shuttle service from the village doesn't work always late or doesn't turn up, in a week's stay we didn't manage to use it!! Perhaps the driver needs to communicate with people waiting?!

– Für 860 € für zwei Nächte kein Spa im Hotel, sondern nur per Shuttle in ein anderes Haus (nur ab 16 Uhr zugänglich, zusätzlich 30 €) – Zustand des Spa-Bereichs stark renovierungsbedürftig (defekte Duschen, abgenutzte Ausstattung) – Zimmer ringhörig, trotz Lage im ersten Stock deutliche Geräusche aus der Lobby bis spät abends und wieder ab 6 Uhr morgens – obwohl „ruhige Zimmer“ beworben wurden – Feedback an das Hotel wurde zwar beantwortet, aber keines der genannten Probleme wurde inhaltlich aufgenommen. Das Management scheint nicht an Feedback und möglichen Verbesserungen interessiert zu sein – Rückerstattung der Spa-Gebühr angeboten, aber nicht der umfangreichen Beschwerde entsprechend – Feedback erfolgte erst nach dem Besuch, da nur zwei Tage dort, die Mängel struktureller Natur sind und nicht vom Personal behoben hätten werden können – Insgesamt keine Empfehlung für die Amalfiküste: überfüllt, laut, völlig überteuert – es gibt in Italien deutlich entspanntere und authentischere Alternativen

I stayed with my mom and two teenage kids, and we loved everything! The hotel is peaceful, with amazing sea views, clean and spacious rooms, and a great breakfast with fresh croissants. The receptionist was incredibly kind — she helped us organize a two-hour boat trip to Amalfi, checked all details, and even handled the language barrier perfectly. Private parking was very convenient too; they offered to keep my car keys so I could just relax. They also know provide shuttle bus on the schedule to reach Vietri sul Mare center to enjoy ceramics shopping.

Nothing really — only that the spa was closed for the season. We hope to enjoy it next time.
