The staff at this property are outstanding Nothing is too much trouble and they presented us with bubbles for our wedding anniversary. A lovely touch.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition. And perhaps complimentary water each day, as the hotel is expensive and this is usually standard.

Die Mitarbeiter haben waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft erhielten wir eine gekühlte Flasche Prosecco und während des Aufenthaltes frisches Obst, Kuchen und eine ausgezeichnete Flasche Wein als Geschenk des Hauses. Morgens und abends wurden die Handtücher getauscht. Und wenn man abends zurück ins Zimmer gekommen ist war der Vorhang zugezogen (sehr gute Verdunklung möglich) und eine kleine Süßigkeit lag auf dem Kopfkissen bereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, wenn man mit dem eigenen PKW anreist und Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen möchte.

Struttura curata, personale efficiente e discreto, sempre pronto ad anticipare e soddisfare le richieste. mettendo l'ospite al centro delle attenzioni. In particolare siamo stati seguiti da una figura professionale dedicata, pronta ad indirizzare e sostenere le pianificazioni giornaliere con utili suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Spumante ghiacciato all'arrivo, frutta e dolci offerti durante tutto il soggiorno hanno reso l'intera permanenza estremamente gradevole. Raffinate le cene al ristorante panoramico con cucina eccellente di prodotti locali. La camera vista mare con ampio terrazzo attrezzato ha reso la permanenza estremamente piacevole e rilassante. L'esperienza è stata nel complesso unica e indimenticabile, oltre ogni aspettativa, e quindi da ripetere.

WOW! The customer service at this hotel is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. Special thanks to Katerina with all of the tips on things to do and for bending backwards to accommodate us during our trip! She always checked in on us and just made sure we had a great stay. The entire staff was just phenomenal. From changing our dinner in the dining room to room service MID MEAL because we got a work call, to printing out my husband‘s birthday concert tickets and putting them in an envelope, to giving him a birthday cake on his birthday, and a farewell dessert when we were leaving, to one of the ladies working there literally giving me the pen out of her hands to use. The service was so impeccable. I wish I could name each person there because they all deserve a raise. The views on this place are absolutely stunning, and the Amalfi coast took my number one place in the world and a big reason was this amazing hotel. We travel for months of the year and I have never experienced anything like it. If I had one thing to knit pick… It would be the Wi-Fi, which I’m guessing is just because we are literally on the coast, but working from the hotel was tough sometimes because the surface was spotty. But other than that, best time of my life!

Innanzitutto sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla cortesia e la professionalità di tutto il personale. La camera che mi hanno assegnato era la 108, veramente molto grande , con patio esterno vista mare e attrezzato con sedie, tavolo e lettini. le camere sono molto ben insonorizzate. La colazione ricca e varia con molti prodotti freschi. Ho anche cenato al ristorante del Relais e sono rimasto veramente molto soddisfatto circa i piatti che ho scelto dal menu, creativi e gustosi. Infine, ho normalmente fatto delle passeggiate di 15 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Vietri, con le sue botteghe di ceramica ed i ristorantini caratteristici, ma il Relais offre anche una navetta gratuita ad orari schedulati per raggiungerlo. Quindi veramente un'ottimo soggiorno
