From the beginning of my stay to the very end this place was amazing the staff was friendly and very helpful the hospitality is on another level they help you get taxi service around the whole area . The food was great and the service was even better I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else this place is 10/10 I look forward to coming back soon & I also came all the way from New York they make you feel at home thanks to all the staff at relais Paradiso👍👍

"Very disappointing and not to be rated a five star"

Not much as it was very run down, location was not ideal and facilities pretty poor for a five star hotel

General state of the rooms, especially the bathroom and outside patio area. The pool area was looking tired, sun loungers very uncomfortable, general outlook bleak

Had an amazing stay at Relais Paradiso. The staff were excellent and very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location was perfect with a beautiful view over the town of Vietri Sul Mare. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Vietri. Had no issues during my stay and will hopefully book this hotel again next time I come to the amalfi coast.

Paradiso di nome e di fatto. Accoglienza gentile, suite con piscina favolosa, pulizia ineccepibile. La vista dalla terrazza della colazione e dalla piscina è davvero meravigliosa.

"Absolutely brilliant, cozy and quiet place with amazing views."

Everyone made sure we felt as welcomed as possible. Antonio from the restaurant made our dinner special with his food and wine suggestions and we had really pleasant conversations any time we encountered him. Front office staff acknowledged it was my fiancee's birthday and did a trick with welcome drinks so they had time to upgrade our room and send a birthday cake along with a bottle of prosecco. It was a touching moment for my fiancee and we are definitely coming back.
