"The worst"

The worst apartment I ever stayed in decades.

They charge you after checkout without giving you a reason. No receipt no invoice no notification, I called them untold times, nobody answered that landline, just a greeting voice asking you not to leave voicemail, then they blame you for not leaving them voice messages🤔️. Wil Invoice came through by request saying “pet in room”, which never actually happened under their security cameras, MY PET STAYED ON MY CAR ALL THE TIME. And then they quibbled that their property was totally pet free. What a joke , practically they would charge you for having a spider on your car by assuming that’s your pet. The worst part is, they take your money from your credit card without your authority. I had to launch a visa dispute through my bank to get the authorised charge back. Because they simply deny to refund that. Not recommend to anyone.

I have stayed here off and on over a twenty year period. Always found them a great location and a good layout. They have everything people would want. With the convenience of the Mobil over the road and McDonalds close by when traveling most times I can grab something late at night. In walking distance of the best pub In Queenstown in the Franklin Arms. What else would you need. I stayed in unit 7 last night..looks like it has had a recent redo in was looking very tidy.

My wife missed the TV in the bedroom..
