Easy to find the room, good location, all basics supplied

Lack of reception is fine until there is a problem. For example our toilet ran ( we fixed it ourselves) or we needed more towels or a room service for more tea or coffee there is nowhere to turn to. Car park partially blocked by maintenance truck was mildly irritating eg backing in or out at night.

It was okay for a short stay, although the unit was quite rundown and not properly lit. However, we were charged for damage that we did not cause, which is both frustrating and unfair. I recommend others to take detailed photos upon arrival and before leaving to avoid situations like this.

We had a great stay at Queenstown Gateway Apartment for 2 nights. I stayed with my wife, my father-in-law, and our wee boy, and it suited us perfectly. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
