"Bed Bug Encounter"

Booked this hotel room for one of our Elevator technicians while he was out of town for work. All was well until he woke up and had been eaten up by bed bugs. This was reported to the front desk who seemed attentive to get it addressed. Please learn from us and inspect your room carefully before you head to bed.

Handicapped room was not fresh smelling & could smell odors from previous occupants. It seems this type of room is lacking in cleanliness. I’ve experienced this before.

"Never staying here"

Didn’t like Hot tub was pathetic and extremely small. The jets barely worked. The water was like warm. The pool was ice cold for a 95 degree day.
