Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisonville

Woke up with black ants crawling on me.

The room was clean & had no offensive odors. The bed & bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but well stocked. We liked the added furniture to sit a suitcase on, so nothing had to be on the floor. The breakfast was good & the entire staff we interacted with was hard working & so kind & helpful.

I liked the quier location and the gas station close by.

The cleanliness and comfortable bed were major attributes. After traveling from North Dakota, we were very tired. A good nights rest was very necessary when we were traveling to Texas the next day!

There was very little food on the breakfast buffet and no effort was made to replenish it.

Our one night stay was enjoyable and the room was spacious, although the amenities were minimal and breakfast was subpar.

Our room was clean, comfortable and when I let the staff know of an issue, they corrected it. A few electronics need to be replaced, blow dryer, iron, waffle maker(timer not working) There wasn’t enough batter for the waffle when we arrived at 8 am and only desk clerk to notify who was busy, so we didn’t. Our key cards had to be redone 3 times

You took my reservation and when I arrived at the hotel there was NO reservation in my name and no rooms available!! You owe me the $211.90 I paid, otherwise you are committing fraud as you sold something that wasn't available.
